Terrorism, Homeland Security and Immigration are all parts of the same puzzle.  Any policy change to one will have an affect on the others.  For example, many Americans believe that we should have our borders protected to keep down illegal immigrants.   To others border security is an issue because it is an easy way for terrorists to come into our country. Each area has to be addressed in terms of the other. It's time to put an end to different departments of the government not knowing what each other is doing.

Will supports a strong Homeland Security Bill and the Bush Administrations effort to keep it alive and fight the war against the extremists who seek to destroy our way of life.  There is no room to waffle on terror.  As Ronald Reagan once said “We will not negotiate with terrorists.”

Will applauds the defeat of the Immigration Bill in the recent senate vote.  He believes that we need to change and alter the entire issue and give incentives to the Mexican government to keep their people in Mexico.  Why are all these people trying to get out of a country to come to ours if their government is doing their job?  We need a congressional delegation to go to Mexico and negotiate a new culture for their government.  They are corrupt and self-serving.  Immigration can only be resolved when we get to the heart of the issue.  Give us your huddled masses…but let’s do it smart.  There are legal ways to come into this.

Let’s recognize that we can influence the global spectrum by investing in people…our own people and people of other countries.  In the final analysis we are one.  We all breathe the same air, drink the same water and need the same things to live and survive.  We all perpetuate the species of the human existence.  We have a responsibility and Will is willing to lead that delegation if elected.  He might do it even if not elected…

Mr. President...release IGNACIO RAMOS and JOSE COMPEAN.

Our two Border Guard Agents, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean must be released. These two men did their job, and were given 11 and 12 year prison sentences for attempting to apprehend an illegal alien drug smuggler. The smuggler was transporting 743 pounds of marijuana (approx. net worth $1,000,000) and  THE CRIMINAL was given immunity from prosecution to testify against these agents. The Mexican Government is also to blame. I am calling upon the President of the United States to issue an unconditional pardon and release of these two Border Soldiers. Mr. President, I have supported you in nearly every facet of your Administration. LET THESE MEN BE FREE! That has been your policy and your vision
